Who we are
NTK is an acronym for Not The Kids Initiative, a global initiative committed to eradicating child labor and protecting the rights and dignity of every child. NTK serves as an intersectoral bridge, by bringing together NGOs, government bodies, corporate organisations, philanthropic foundations and community leaders to drive lasting change.

Our Mission
To eradicate child labour through prevention programmes, corporate accountability, and rehabilitation of affected children
Our Vision
To create a world where every child can enjoy a free, safe, and education-rich childhood, and be untouched by exploitation
Our Story
NTK was born out of a deep concern about the continued exploitation of children across communities and supply chains around the world. Despite growing awareness, millions of children are still trapped in child labour, often hidden from public view and denied the opportunity to enjoy a safe and meaningful childhood. We created NTK to respond with action, not just awareness.
NTK advances its mission through a threefold strategy:
Prevention
We work to reduce the vulnerability that leads children into labour by promoting awareness, education, policy engagement, and community-based intervention.
Corporate Accountability and Enforcement
We advocate for ethical production systems and stronger accountability across businesses and supply chains, through a transparent and thorough labour inspection system and certification.
Rehabilitation and Restoration
We work to support the reintegration and recovery of children affected by labour exploitation, helping them return to safety, education, and opportunity.

Founder’s Note
NTK was established as a response to the uncomfortable reality of child labour and abuse. Through my work across public affairs, policy engagement, and community-led initiatives, I have seen first-hand how complex social challenges are frequently addressed in isolation, limiting the potential for sustained impact. By focusing on prevention systems, corporate accountability, and rehabilitation pathways, NTK seeks to support practical, scalable solutions that can be adopted across globally.
I envision societies where ethical production is the norm, child rights are fiercely protected, and no supply chain is complicit in childhood theft. NTK welcomes engagement with partners and stakeholders who are prepared to contribute to a coordinated and outcomes-driven approach to this global challenge.
