NTK Global Register?

The NTK Global Register is a publicly accessible list of companies and organisations that have:

  • Successfully completed the NTK labour inspection process

  • Met NTK’s child-labour-free standards

  • Obtained valid NTK certification

The register serves as an independent reference point for ethical compliance.

Why the Global Register Matters

It promotes transparency in global supply chains

It allows consumers and partners to verify claims of ethical production

It holds companies accountable beyond marketing or self-reporting

What Information the Register Contains

Each registered entity includes:

Company name and industry

Country or countries of operation

Certification status (active, under review, suspended, or revoked)

Certification validity period

Date of last inspection

Regular Updates
and Public Access

The Global Register is updated on a regular basis

It allows consumers and partners to verify claims of ethical production

Newly certified companies are added promptly

Companies under investigation or found non-compliant may be flagged or removed

The register is open to the public and does not require login or payment

Removal and Delisting

A company can be removed from the NTK Global Register if:

Child labour violations are identified

Corrective actions are not implemented within agreed timelines

Certification status (active, under review, suspended, or revoked)

There is deliberate misrepresentation or obstruction during inspections

Certification is not renewed after expiry

Removal from the register reflects NTK’s commitment to integrity and zero tolerance for child labour.
